Get Sorted Digital exists because those two things are almost never handled by the same person, and the gap between them is where small businesses quietly lose money.
Spend long enough in marketing and you notice something uncomfortable. You can run a campaign that works — the phone rings, the forms come in, the numbers look good — and the business still does not grow. The enquiries arrive faster than anyone can answer them. The quotes go out two days late. The follow-up that would have converted a third of them never happens, because the person responsible is also the person doing the actual work.
Spending more on marketing does not fix that. It makes it worse, more expensively.
Meanwhile the tooling to fix the other half got genuinely good, and genuinely affordable, in a very short space of time. Things that needed a developer and a six-figure budget five years ago now take a fortnight. Most small businesses have not caught up with that, and a fair number were put off by someone who sold them a system they never used.
So: an agency that starts with where the work comes from and where it gets lost, then builds the plumbing to close the gap. That is the whole idea.
There is a pattern out here. A business gets big enough to need proper systems, rings a Melbourne agency, and either never hears back or gets a number designed for a company ten times its size. So it keeps running on a whiteboard and a shared inbox for another three years.
That is not a geography problem, it is a business-model problem. Almost none of this work requires anyone to drive anywhere. A business in Sale or Rosebud can get the same attention as one in South Melbourne, at the same price, because our costs do not change based on your postcode. Gippsland and the Peninsula are not an outreach programme — they are the point.
We are not a software reseller. We take no commission from any platform, which means when we tell you to cancel two subscriptions and use a third properly, there is nothing in it for us.
We are not an AI shop looking for a problem. A decent share of our recommendations involve no AI at all — a connection between two systems you already pay for, or simply doing something in a different order. AI is one tool of several, and a bad one for anything where being confidently wrong is expensive.
And we are not going to pretend to a track record we have not got yet. Get Sorted Digital is new. What is behind it is a marketing career spent watching where enquiries go to die, and a fairly strong opinion about how to stop it.
“Get sorted” is what you say to someone drowning in admin. Not transformed, not disrupted, not revolutionised. Sorted — tidy, working, off your plate. That is roughly the ambition.
We are taking on a small number of first clients and being deliberately generous about scope while we build a reputation. If you want the attention of someone with something to prove, this is a good moment to talk.
A free 20-minute call. We look at one process that is costing you time and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating. No slides, no obligation.
