Most Melbourne agencies are set up to serve organisations with an IT department and a change-management budget. We are set up for the ten-person firm in Moorabbin, the practice in Camberwell and the builder in Sunshine.
Melbourne is well served by agencies if you are large. If you are a small or mid-sized business, the experience is usually a scoping deck, a six-figure indication and a project that never starts. That gap is deliberate on their part and it is where we work.
We take on one process at a time, quote it as a fixed piece of work, build it in your own accounts and leave documentation a normal person can read. A first project is scoped in weeks, not quarters — and because almost all of it happens over a call and a shared screen, being based outside the city changes nothing about the service.
The parts of the local economy where the admin load is heaviest and the fixes are most straightforward.
Client onboarding, document chasing and matter admin, built so nothing reaches a client or the ATO without a qualified human reading it.
Proposals, onboarding, time capture and the follow-up that never happens — the admin tax on firms that sell expertise by the hour.
Bookings, recalls, intake forms and no-shows — with clinical information kept well away from general-purpose tools.
Not an exhaustive list — if you are nearby and not named here, we almost certainly cover you.
You will always know what is being built, what it costs and how to switch it off.
You describe a normal week. We listen for the parts that get done twice.
As it really happens, including the workarounds nobody admits to.
A written definition of done, a fixed price, tested on your real jobs.
Your team trained, documentation left behind, and a check-in a few weeks later.
Only if you want to. Most of the work happens over a call and a shared screen, and that suits people who would rather not lose an hour each way to the Monash. If you would prefer to meet, that is easy to arrange.
Mostly in what we will turn down. We do not have a sales team with a quota, so if your process should be fixed rather than automated, we will say so on the first call and lose the work. We also quote a fixed scope rather than an open-ended engagement, and everything is built in your accounts so you can walk away with it.
Happily, and it usually goes better that way. They know things about your setup we would take weeks to discover, and we are not looking to displace anyone doing a good job.
Not in any way you would notice. We are based in Gippsland and on the Mornington Peninsula, and the work is done over a call and a shared screen wherever the client is. A firm in Carlton gets exactly the same service as one in Cranbourne, at the same price.
A free 20-minute call. Bring the process that annoys you most and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
