A regional business built for the regional and outer-suburban businesses that city agencies price out. Same service and the same quote, wherever you are in the state.
The two regions we know from the inside, and where a visit is a short drive.
Each of these has its own page because each has its own problems. Melbourne’s are not Shepparton’s.
For the ten-person firm the big agencies were never set up to serve.
Casey, Cardinia and Dandenong: businesses growing faster than their admin.
Small firms supplying big institutions, and new suburbs keeping trades booked out.
Wineries, venues and the hills: a week’s enquiries arrive between Friday and Sunday.
Long-established businesses with processes worth writing down before the next handover.
Practices and firms serving a catchment that stretches an hour in every direction.
Orchards, dairies, packers and the trucks that move it all — seasonal and often offline.
The assumption is that automation is a city thing and regional operators are behind. In practice it is close to the opposite. Regional businesses tend to be leanly staffed, run several functions through the same few people, and cannot simply hire their way out of an admin problem. That is exactly the shape where taking a task off a person matters most.
What has actually held it back is supply. Agencies cluster in the CBD, price for corporate clients, and treat a business two hours down the highway as not worth the drive. Since almost none of this work needs anyone to drive anywhere, that was always a business-model problem rather than a geography one. We just happen to live at the far end of the highway.
Victoria is the focus, because being in the same state makes the occasional in-person session practical. We are based in Gippsland and on the Mornington Peninsula and work across the state from there. We do take work elsewhere in Australia where it is a good fit — ask.
No. The work is the same and so is the quote, whether you are in Southbank or Sale.
Usually the first mapping session if the team is large enough to warrant it, and everything else over a call and a shared screen. That is not a cost-saving measure — screen sharing is genuinely better for this than sitting in a room.
Almost certainly. The area pages name the towns people search for, not the limits of where we work. If you are anywhere in Victoria, get in touch.
A free 20-minute call. We look at one process that is costing you time and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating. No slides, no obligation.
