Farm managers, agribusiness operators and regional contractors run complex, seasonal operations — and still lose hours to traceability records, grant paperwork, contractor coordination and supplier admin that has to happen regardless of what the weather's doing.
Farm and agribusiness operations run on tight seasonal windows, and admin that could wait doesn't — it just gets squeezed into whatever hour is left at the end of a long day.
If three or more of these are true, there is a straightforward first project in here.
Frequent, repetitive and expensive to get wrong — in that order.
Livestock movements, chemical applications and other records that need to be kept for traceability are captured quickly — by voice, photo or a short form — and filed in the right format automatically. It's built to work from a phone or tablet in the paddock, not just from a desk in the office.
Service intervals and past maintenance history are tracked against actual hours or usage, with reminders timed for the off-season rather than mid-harvest. It turns we should probably service that soon into an actual date on a calendar.
Hours, rates and which job or paddock someone worked are logged as the work happens, so invoicing and payment at the end of a job is a matter of checking a record rather than reconstructing one. It also makes it straightforward to pull together what's needed for a grant application or an audit later.
A lot of farm and agribusiness work happens well outside mobile coverage, so anything we build has to work offline and sync later — we won't design a tool that's useless the moment you're out of range. These are complex, well-run operations, and the goal is to take repetitive recording and paperwork off your plate, not to second-guess decisions that come from years of experience on the land. We'll also be upfront when a task is better handled with a simple checklist or a paper form than a piece of software — not everything needs to be digitised to be improved.

You will always know what is being built, what it costs and how to switch it off.
You describe a normal week. We listen for the parts that get done twice.
As it really happens, including the workarounds nobody admits to.
A written definition of done, a fixed price, tested on your real jobs.
Your team trained, documentation left behind, and a check-in a few weeks later.
We design for that from the start rather than treating it as an edge case — data gets captured on the device and syncs once there's a connection, whether that's back at the shed or in town. If a task genuinely needs live connectivity, we'll tell you that upfront rather than build something that fails in the paddock.
Only if your current method is genuinely the bottleneck — a lot of what we build sits alongside existing spreadsheets or paper systems and just removes the re-entry and chasing around them. We're not interested in replacing something that already works well for you.
We can automate the admin — pulling together your existing records, past applications and property details into the format a program needs — which is usually where the real time goes. Writing the actual case for funding still needs your judgement about the operation.
We're a new agency and we're upfront about that — we're not going to claim years of on-farm experience we don't have. What we bring is automation and systems expertise, and we'd expect to learn the specifics of your operation from you before building anything.
